We are looking for a fast, AI-native coder who actively uses Claude Code, Cursor, Openclaw or similar AI coding workflows. We want someone who breathes Claude Code, OpenClaw, AI-assisted coding, and ships internal tools super fast. This is a hard requirement. We are not looking for traditional slow development. We want rapid prototyping and fast shipping. You will be building internal automation, intelligence, and analytics tools for our growth team. These are internal tools, so UI does not need to be polished. Speed and functionality matter most. High-level scope: * Niche intelligence & discovery tool (ecom focus, strong filtering, signal-based analysis, internal database) * Content intelligence system to identify high-impact posts and repeatable patterns * Internal analytics dashboard with deep filters (MRR, churn, cohorts, onboarding tracking, segments by region/source/affiliate) Requirements: * Must actively use Claude Code, Cursor, Openclaw or similar AI-first development workflow * Strong in automation, data pipelines, and internal tool building * Able to ship a functional MVP fast and iterate even faster * Comfortable working with large datasets and iterative builds * Independent thinker who can propose better technical approaches When applying, include: * Tools you built using Claude Code / AI-assisted coding * Fastest MVP you’ve shipped (with timeline) * Your stack and AI workflow * Realistic time estimate for a working V1 We prefer extremely fast builders who ship working systems quickly over traditional developers who overplan and move slowly.
