We’re looking for a freelancer to improve a live SaaS app and keep implementation simple (no overengineering). Stack: - Next.js + React + TypeScript - Clerk (auth/orgs) - Prisma + Postgres - Resend (email) - PostHog (analytics) Scope: 1. Email sequencing - Implement a simple sequence: welcome email + 2-3 follow-up emails over the next few days. - Use our existing tools (Clerk + Resend) and keep logic maintainable. - Add basic rules to avoid sending irrelevant emails (ex: stop sequence after key activation event). 2. PostHog setup - Ensure clean event tracking for onboarding + activation flow. - Build a clear funnel dashboard (signup ➡️ onboarding ➡️ first value action). - Add key product usage events and naming consistency. 3. Mobile responsiveness - Make the app truly mobile responsive across core screens. - Improve layout, spacing, touch targets, tables/cards, and CTA visibility. - Keep UI clean, modern, and intuitive. 4. Onboarding simplification - Implement a simple, high-conversion onboarding flow. - Reduce friction and get users to first value quickly. - Keep flow clear and direct. What we care about: - Practical execution - Clean code and solid QA - Strong UX judgment - Clear communication and fast iteration Deliverables: - Working implementation in PRs with clear scope - Short technical notes for what was changed - Basic QA checklist for desktop + mobile - PostHog dashboard and event map - Final handoff notes Please include in your proposal: 1.
