We are looking for a talented No-Code Developer to build an internal onboarding and training app for Fozzy’s. The goal is to create a streamlined experience for onboarding our servers, bartenders, and cooks, similar to the "Courses" functionality in ConnectTeam. We also want to have continued training / courses after they complete onboarding. AI Quiz Generation: With a click of a button, the app should use AI to analyze the content and automatically generate a multiple-choice quiz within the app—no manual copy-pasting from Gemini/GPT. User Experience: Staff log in, view their assigned training, take the quiz, and receive a pass/fail score. Tracking: Admins can see completion rates and scores for all staff members. Technical Requirements: Softr: Build the frontend (user portal and admin dashboard). Airtable: Build the backend database to store videos, docs, and quiz results. Make.com / Zapier: Create the automation bridge between Airtable and OpenAI to generate quiz questions dynamically. Logic: Experience setting up conditional visibility and user-specific permissions in Softr. Key Features Needed: Clean, mobile-responsive UI (for staff on the go). Automated "Generate Quiz" button for admins. Progress tracking for team members. Feedback loops (showing users what they got wrong).
