We are looking for an experienced Interakt expert to set up and optimize our WhatsApp Business automation for a subscription-based service. WhatsApp will be our primary customer onboarding and communication channel. We need someone who understands: WhatsApp Business API Interakt conversation flows Template approvals Payment notification messaging Subscription lifecycle communication This is not a basic chatbot setup. We need structured flows and clean automation logic. 🎯 Scope of Work Design WhatsApp onboarding flow (capture name, preferences, city, etc.) Configure buttons, quick replies, and structured responses Set up and get approval for message templates Automate: Payment link messages Payment confirmation Subscription activation Monthly reminders Payment failure notifications Configure and test webhooks Ensure compliance with WhatsApp 24-hour messaging rules ✅ Requirements Proven hands-on experience with Interakt Experience designing end-to-end WhatsApp automation flows Understanding of template categories (Utility / Marketing) Experience handling subscription or payment-based businesses Clear communication and structured thinking
