Sector Benchmarking: Monitor all NSE Sector Indices (Nifty Bank, Nifty IT, Nifty Pharma, Nifty Auto, Nifty Metal, etc.). 2. Pre-Entry Filtering (9:15 AM – 9:20 AM) Step A (Index Filter): Mark the Opening Range (High/Low) of all sector indices from 9:15 to 9:20. Only consider sectors where the current price is 1% up (Bullish) or 1% down (Bearish) from the previous day's close or opening price. Step B (Stock Filter): Within the qualified sectors, find stocks that are 1% to 2% up/down from their opening/previous close. The stock must be moving in the same direction as its parent sector index. 3. Execution Rules (9:21 AM – 9:25 AM) Entry Window: Trades must only be initiated between 9:21 AM and 9:25 AM. Contract Selection: Bullish Setup: Buy At-the-Money (ATM) or In-the-Money (ITM) Call Option. Bearish Setup: Buy At-the-Money (ATM) or In-the-Money (ITM) Put Option. Order Type: Market or Limit order based on liquidity. 4. Exit & Risk Management Target: 15% profit on the option premium. Stop Loss (SL): 10% of the option premium.
