We are a Florida construction company looking for a developer to help us build an AI-assisted workflow to find and organize public projects that fit our scope of work. Our focus is on finish-oriented public projects similar to the work we do in hospitality renovations and the type of work we are pursuing in multifamily, such as: flooring painting tile restroom renovations interior renovations / tenant improvements doors and other finish scopes We also hold a GC license, so depending on the opportunity, we may pursue projects either as a subcontractor or as the prime contractor. We want to build a system that can help us monitor and screen bid opportunities from sources such as: county procurement portals school districts housing authorities city / municipal bid portals other public agency bid sites in Florida Main objective: Create a workflow or agent that can reduce manual searching and help us identify projects that are a good fit for our company. What we want the system to do: monitor selected public bid portals on a recurring basis search for projects using relevant keywords such as painting, flooring, tile, restroom renovation, tenant improvements, rehab, interior renovation, etc. filter out projects that are not a fit, especially heavy civil / roadway / utility type work extract useful information such as: agency / owner project name due date pre-bid meeting date addenda / document links basic scope summary classify each opportunity as: good fit to bid as GC better fit as subcontractor not a fit organize everything into a tracker or dashboard Preferred deliverable: We are open to different approaches, including: no-code / low-code automation custom Python-based workflow AI agent setup hybrid solution We do not necessarily need a perfect fully autonomous system from day one. We would prefer something practical that can work reliably and be improved over time.
