MY INFRASTRUCTURE: - MikroTik CCR2116 (main BNG/PPPoE router) - x86 server: 80 CPU cores, 250 GB RAM, 2 TB SAS (Ubuntu) - 8 sites linked via Ubiquiti airFiber 60 LR (2 Gbps each) - Cisco switches on each site + 3x Rocket Prism PtMP per site - 2 sites with 10 Gbps Internet uplinks DELIVERABLES REQUIRED: 1. NETWORK BACKBONE - L2/L3 design: VLANs, trunks, STP on Cisco switches - BGP between 2 POP sites (10 Gbps uplinks) - PPPoE BNG on CCR2116 with RADIUS auth - QoS/PCQ per customer plan 2. HOTSPOT SERVICE - MikroTik Hotspot with captive portal - QR code voucher login system - RADIUS integration for hotspot 3. BILLING & AUTOMATION (on my Ubuntu server) - FreeRADIUS + billing web portal (on-premise, no SaaS) - Plans, customer management, auto-disconnect on expiry - Notifications: WhatsApp + SMS + Telegram (expiry reminders, payment confirmation, insufficient funds) - Mobile money payment gateway integration (M-Pesa or similar) - Full source code + DB schema provided to me 4. HANDOVER & TRAINING - Architecture diagram + full config documentation - 2 remote screen-share training sessions - I must be able to operate everything independently after delivery - No monthly license or subscription BUDGET: Starting budget $400-500 USD fixed price.
