Objective: To own the technical fulfillment of our client acquisition and delivery systems. You will translate high-level business strategy into flawless, automated execution. Key Responsibilities: * Architecture: Design and deploy complex GHL Workflows, Triggers, and Funnels that operate without manual intervention. * Integration: Manage API integrations, Webhooks, and Zapier connections to ensure a seamless data flow between GHL and external tools. * Quality Control: Conduct rigorous Stress Testing on all systems before client delivery. If it breaks, you find it before the client does. * Optimization: Audit existing workflows to eliminate redundancies and improve lead conversion speed. * Scalability: Build Master Snapshots that can be deployed for new clients in minutes, not days. Requirements: * Proven Mastery: Minimum 2 years of advanced GHL experience (Snapshots, Custom Values, SaaS Mode, etc.). * Logic-First Thinking: Ability to map out a 12-step automation sequence on paper before touching the software. * Speed & Precision: We operate at a high standard. Good enough is a failure. * Communication: Ability to explain technical structures in plain English to the Visionary.
