We’re looking for an experienced lead generation specialist to support outbound and/or inbound campaigns for B2B SaaS clients. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has a proven track record generating qualified leads that convert into booked sales calls, not just vanity metrics like opens or clicks. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated experience generating leads for B2B SaaS companies Ability to build and execute outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, or multi-channel) Strong understanding of ICP targeting and qualification Experience improving booked call rates (not just lead volume) Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools Mandatory Requirement You must provide case studies or proof of past results, including: Campaign overview (what you did) Target market / ICP Number of qualified leads generated Number of booked calls Conversion metrics (if available) Applications without clear proof of performance will not be considered.
