We’re seeking an experienced Kajabi specialist to audit our current website and sales funnel, identify clear opportunities for improvement, and implement optimizations to increase conversions, average order value, and overall revenue.
You should have a proven track record with Kajabi sites (offers, pipelines, checkout, email automations) and be comfortable recommending and implementing CRO best practices, including copy, layout, page speed, and analytics instrumentation.

🎯 Scope of Work
1) Audit & Strategy
Full website & funnel audit (homepage, landing pages, offer pages, checkout, post‑purchase, emails).
GA4/Meta Pixel/Kajabi Analytics setup review for accurate attribution.
Messaging and offer positioning review (clarity, urgency, social proof, risk reversal).
Technical review: page load, images/assets optimization, mobile responsiveness, form flows.
Identify quick wins vs. strategic improvements in a prioritized roadmap.
Deliverable: A concise audit report (deck or doc) with screenshots, specific recommendations, and expected impact.
2) Funnel Optimization & Implementation
Optimize key pages in Kajabi (layouts, sections, CTAs, headlines, page structure).
Improve checkout UX: order bumps, upsells/downsells, guarantee, testimonials, trust badges.
Email automations: lead magnet delivery, nurture sequence, abandoned checkout, post-purchase.
Instrumentation: events/goals in GA4, UTM strategy, simple dashboard to track funnel KPIs.
A/B tests for headlines, CTA buttons, hero section, form length, and price presentation.
Deliverable: Implemented changes in Kajabi (staged & published), with change log and rollback notes.
3) Reporting & Handover
Before/after KPI snapshot and a 30/60‑day test plan.
Video walkthrough of what changed and why.
Playbooks/templates for landing pages and emails (so we can iterate internally).
