We need a reliable, creative video editor who can turn raw footage into polished, professional content — and grow with us as we scale. This is a flexible freelance arrangement. You choose which tier of work you take on. The more videos you produce, the more you earn. HOW IT WORKS Simple. We send you footage and project details. You edit and deliver. You get paid per video. No fixed hours, no micromanagement. We have three tiers of work available: TIER 1 — Raw Cut — $10 per video Trim and sequence footage, basic audio cleanup, no effects. Under 2 minutes. TIER 2 — Polished Walkthrough — $25–$35 per video Color grading, background music, smooth transitions, title cards. Property-ready finish. TIER 3 — AI Cinematic + Voiceover — $75 per video Everything in Polished, plus AI enhancements, ElevenLabs voiceover (we provide account access), scripting, and optional AI avatar. Fully produced and ready to post. A motivated editor taking on AI Cinematic projects can realistically produce multiple videos per week — that's real earning potential on your schedule. ABOUT THE AI CINEMATIC + VOICEOVER TIER This is our premium tier and the most exciting work we offer. Here's what a typical project looks like: We provide raw property footage and key property details (beds, baths, price, highlights) In many cases, we'll also provide a pre-generated voiceover file — you just sync and integrate it When we don't provide a voiceover, you'll have full access to our ElevenLabs account to generate one at no cost to you You write the script based on our property details, generate or receive the voiceover, and produce a fully cinematic ready-to-post video Optional: AI avatar overlay or presenter-style delivery if the project calls for it You deliver a complete, polished video with narration synced, color graded, AI-enhanced, and ready to publish.
