Key Responsibilities
Production Support
• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for deployed SuiteCRM systems
• Diagnose and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues
• Debug logic hooks, workflows, scheduled jobs, and integrations
• Maintain platform stability in production environments
Customization & Enhancements
• Develop enhancements based on business requirements
• Customize modules, layouts, dashboards, and workflows
• Extend CRM capabilities without breaking upgrade paths
• Improve automation and reporting functionality
System Optimization
• Optimize database performance (MySQL/MariaDB)
• Improve CRM speed and responsiveness
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend architectural improvements
• Maintain clean and maintainable codebase
Integration Support
Support and maintain integrations between SuiteCRM and:
• Billing platforms
• Customer portals
• Email systems
• Communication platforms
• External APIs
• Authentication systems (LDAP / SSO)
