Role Overview Senior SuiteCRM Developer (Support, Customization & Enhancements) We are looking for a senior-level SuiteCRM developer to take ownership of the technical stability, customization, and continuous improvement of an existing live CRM environment. This role focuses on: • Advanced troubleshooting • Feature enhancements • Performance optimization • Integration support • Production-level maintenance Ideal Candidate • We are looking for a problem-solving engineer, not just a coder — someone comfortable taking responsibility for a business-critical CRM platform already in operation. Scope of Work Typical work will include: • Bug fixing and troubleshooting • Feature customization • Workflow improvements • API enhancements • Performance tuning • User-requested enhancements • System stability improvements Key Responsibilities Production Support • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for deployed SuiteCRM systems • Diagnose and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues • Debug logic hooks, workflows, scheduled jobs, and integrations • Maintain platform stability in production environments Customization & Enhancements • Develop enhancements based on business requirements • Customize modules, layouts, dashboards, and workflows • Extend CRM capabilities without breaking upgrade paths • Improve automation and reporting functionality System Optimization • Optimize database performance (MySQL/MariaDB) • Improve CRM speed and responsiveness • Identify bottlenecks and recommend architectural improvements • Maintain clean and maintainable codebase Integration Support Support and maintain integrations between SuiteCRM and: • Billing platforms • Customer portals • Email systems • Communication platforms • External APIs • Authentication systems (LDAP / SSO) Engagement Model • Ongoing monthly engagement Only candidates with real SuiteCRM production support experience should apply.
