Current Status (Completed) 1. Created a Meta WhatsApp bot: FYSH Bot 2. Integrated Meta WhatsApp ↔ Zoho SalesIQ 3. Built the required bot flows in SalesIQ 4. Integrated SalesIQ ↔ Zoho CRM 5. Customized CRM Lead layout to fit FYSH’s business model 6. Customized CRM Customers layout 7. Customized CRM Contact layout 8. Customized CRM Account layout 9. Customized CRM Products with two layouts: o Services o Parts (chargers & accessories) 10. Customized CRM Vendors (parts providers & partners) 11. Integrated Zoho FSM ↔ Zoho CRM 12. Built automation workflows to auto-create Customers, Contacts, Accounts, and FSM work jobs 13. Created a Booking page with these requirements (partially completed ~70%): • 2 time slots per day • 2 reservations per time slot Remaining Scope (To Be Completed) 1. Create SalesIQ triggers and integrate them with the existing workflows so the bot can initiate conversations in specific cases (e.g., feedback, partner-initiated leads) 2. Create a Tasks layout to schedule requested calls 3. Create user accounts and manage roles/permissions 4. Complete the Booking page setup end-to-end What We Need From You 1.
