We are looking for an AI developer with proven experience building text-to-video solutions or platforms. Experience with text-to-video specifically for video ads is highly valuable. You should have: Hands-on experience developing text-to-video pipelines or products (not just using off-the-shelf tools once). Strong skills in Python and modern AI/ML or multimodal frameworks. Experience orchestrating LLMs and video/image models to generate or edit video content. Experience integrating these systems into a product (API, web app, or internal tool). Any prior work on video ads (creative generation, dynamic templates, or automated variations) is a big plus. What you will do: Build and improve text-to-video workflows for generating short-form videos, ideally optimized for ads. Automate steps like script generation, scenes/shots, assets, and basic editing. Work with marketing/product to align outputs with performance and brand requirements.
