Head of Content & Brand (Spec + Personal Brand) Role: Head of Content & Brand Type: Full-Time Reports to: Founder Objective Lead the content strategy and execution for: Spec (SaaS brand identity and authority positioning) Founder’s personal brand (high-ticket authority ecosystem) Build a scalable content engine combining human creativity + AI automation to drive growth, trust, and conversion. Core Responsibilities 1) Brand Identity & Positioning (Spec) Define and refine Spec’s visual and narrative identity. Align messaging with SaaS positioning and long-term vision. Ensure brand consistency across website, product, ads, and social channels. 2) Personal Brand Content Strategy Develop weekly content strategy aligned with: SaaS acquisition High-ticket authority positioning Translate ideas into structured scripts and content pillars. Position founder as thought leader in finance, AI, capital, and future systems. 3) Video Production (YouTube + Social Media) Lead long-form YouTube content strategy (authority-building). Repurpose into Shorts, Reels, TikTok, X clips. Scriptwriting, recording coordination, editing supervision. Optimize titles, thumbnails, hooks, and retention. 4) AI-Augmented Content Systems Integrate AI tools for: Script generation Clip extraction Repurposing Automated publishing workflows Build repeatable content pipelines. Create SOPs for scalable production. 5) Performance-Driven Content Optimization Analyze retention, CTR, watch time, engagement. Improve hooks and storytelling structure. Align content performance with funnel conversion goals. Required Experience 3+ years producing and scaling YouTube and short-form content. Strong understanding of personal branding ecosystems. Experience building content for SaaS or digital products. Skilled in video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.). Familiar with AI tools for content automation. Strong storytelling and strategic thinking ability. KPIs YouTube growth (subs, watch time, CTR). Short-form engagement rate. Lead generation from content. Content-to-funnel conversion impact. Production output consistency. Ideal Profile Hybrid strategist + executor. Understands both brand aesthetics and conversion mechanics. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, founder-driven environment.
