I manage over 500 Facebook and Instagram business accounts (1,000+ total profiles combined), and I am looking for an automation expert to help streamline content posting across all of them. Must follow all of Meta’s policies! Important: These are legitimate business accounts. They are not spam accounts. Each account serves a specific purpose and audience. All content is already fully created and organized. Key clarification: Posts are NOT duplicated across accounts. Each account has its own unique content stored in Google Drive / Google Docs folders. The goal is simply to automate the publishing workflow — not mass-duplicate posts. Current Setup: • Images, captions, reels, and story content are already designed • Content is organized in Google Drive folders for each account • The missing piece is an efficient way to publish everything without manually logging into each account What I Need: I am looking for someone who can design and/or manage a safe, scalable posting system that can handle: • Feed posts • Stories • Reels / short-form video • Scheduling and publishing across hundreds of accounts This solution MUST follow Meta (Facebook/Instagram) policies and best practices to avoid bans, restrictions, or shadowbanning. Please include in your proposal: 1. What tools/platforms you would use (Meta Business Suite, APIs, approved scheduling platforms, automation tools, etc.) 2. Why your approach is safe and proven for large account portfolios 3. Whether the workflow would be fully automated or semi-automated 4. Any limitations or risks I should be aware of 5. Your experience managing large numbers of social accounts Goal: Save significant time by eliminating manual posting while keeping every account safe and compliant.
