I want to design an AI voice agent for grief crisis de-escalation. I am open to different ideas on how to create this, if its through bigger LLMs with strategic prompting or other methods. In general, I want the AI to act like a real therapist, showing empathy and patience while giving really specific answers, not crossing certain boundaries. It would be good for the AI to be able to analyze this person's voice frequencies and determine their state through that, or what they're saying.
