Task: Full Audit & Correction (If Needed)
GTM + Server GTM (Stape) + Meta CAPI + Zoho CRM
Objective
Review the entire setup end-to-end and correct any misconfiguration.
The system is already live and functioning. This is not a rebuild.
Scope of Work
1) Meta Lead Event Source
- Identify exactly where the “Lead” event is fired:
a) GTM Web (browser)
b) Server-side GTM (Stape)
c) Zoho (offline/CAPI)
- Map the full event flow.
- Detect duplicate paths and double-firing.
- Validate event_id consistency for deduplication.
2) Meta Events Manager
- Verify Lead deduplication status.
- Diagnose any duplicate or unmatched events.
- Confirm “Qualified” and “Won” events are received correctly.
- Ensure no duplicate Qualified or Won events.
- Validate match quality and event diagnostics.
3) Fluent Forms → Zoho (Webhook/API)
- Verify webhook configuration.
- Confirm correct POST/JSON structure.
- Validate field mapping (name, email, phone, tracking fields).
- Ensure no duplicate lead creation from integrations (including WedBook if applicable).
4) Zoho CRM (Pipeline + Automations)
- Confirm “Qualified” stage triggers exactly one CAPI event to Meta.
- Confirm “Won” stage triggers exactly one revenue event (Purchase or equivalent) and includes:
- deal value
- correct event_time
- hashed identifiers (email minimum)
- Review deduplication rules inside Zoho to prevent duplicate Leads/Deals.
- Confirm no unintended automation is sending duplicate CAPI events.
5) Test / Internal Leads Filtering
- Ensure test or internal submissions are excluded from Meta reporting and optimization signals.
- Validate filtering logic does not block legitimate campaign leads.
Deliverable
- Audit summary (what is correct / what must be fixed).
- List of corrections applied (if any).
- Final confirmation via Meta Events Manager diagnostics that:
- Deduplication works correctly.
- No duplicate Lead/Qualified/Won events.
- Only valid leads are being counted.
Key Requirement
Developer must understand BOTH:
- GTM + Server-side GTM (Stape) + Meta CAPI and deduplication logic
AND
- Zoho CRM (workflows, lead conversion, Deals, Deluge/webhooks) + sending offline events to Meta.
