We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer who will take an active role in our AI-driven product development processes and assume architectural-level responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain the backend architecture of AI-based systems Architect and ensure the sustainability of scalable distributed systems Develop and manage LLM integrations and related services Lead data processing workflows, search infrastructure, and performance optimization processes Actively participate in technical decision-making and architectural planning QUALIFICATIONS Advanced software development experience with Python Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software architecture Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming and distributed systems Experience working with Kafka, Redis, SQL, and search technologies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership and responsibility
