About This Role
We’re a performance-driven financial services and lead generation company scaling fast. We run high-volume call campaigns through Ringba and VICIdial, manage outbound programs, and work with a network of media buyers — and we need someone sharp to keep the machine running cleanly.
This is a long-term, fully remote contract role. You’ll work directly with the founder, own our day-to-day marketing ops, and have real impact on our results. If you’re detail-obsessed, data-driven, and can move fast without breaking things — this is your role.
Bonus: If you can build automations or connect systems via API, we’ll pay more. We have a roadmap of workflow builds and integrations waiting for the right person.
What You’ll Do
Ringba — Call Tracking & Buyer Management
• Set up and manage buyer accounts, campaigns, and call routing rules
• Configure and enforce call caps per buyer based on agreed terms
• Monitor live call flow, catch routing issues, and escalate fast
• Pull call data for daily and weekly buyer performance reports
VICIdial — Outbound Dialer Management
• Manage agent campaigns, lists, and hopper settings within VICIdial
• Monitor real-time agent performance, call dispositions, and drop rates
• Configure and maintain dial levels, call recordings, and campaign scripts
• Pull reporting from VICIdial and reconcile with Ringba data for a unified view
Outbound Campaign Execution
• Execute outbound campaigns on schedule with correct targeting and messaging
• Track and report response rates, conversion rates, and cost per result
• Adjust sequencing and timing based on performance data
• Maintain organized campaign logs for every drop or send
Buyer & Budget Tracking
• Monitor buyer spend vs. contracted budgets and flag overages or shortfalls
• Keep buyer records current — caps, rates, contacts, contract terms
• Assist with billing reconciliation and ensure invoicing data is accurate
• Communicate buyer needs and issues to internal team in real time
Reporting & Analytics
• Build and maintain daily/weekly performance dashboards
• Track KPIs: call volume, response rates, cost per call, buyer performance
• Spot trends and anomalies and flag them proactively — don’t wait to be asked
• Keep all data clean, organized, and accessible
Automations & API Integration (Bonus Tier — Higher Pay)
• Build Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n workflows to automate reporting and data movement
• Connect platforms via API (Ringba, VICIdial, CRMs, Google Sheets, internal tools)
• Create automated alerts for call caps, budget thresholds, or response rate drops
• Reduce manual work across the team through smart, reliable automations
What We’re Looking For
Required
• Experience with Ringba or VICIdial — knowledge of both is a major plus (we’ll train on gaps)
• Hands-on experience managing outbound campaigns and tracking performance
• Strong with data — Google Sheets or Excel at an intermediate level minimum
• Detail-oriented: you catch errors before they become problems
• Reliable communicator who proactively updates without being chased
• Stable internet, quiet work environment, and availability during US business hours
Strong Bonus (Higher Rate)
• Proven experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n automation builds
• Ability to work with REST APIs — read documentation and build basic integrations
• Experience in pay-per-call, lead generation, or financial services verticals
• Familiarity with debt settlement, mortgage, or insurance lead gen campaigns
