Work Description: Meta + GoHighLevel Webinar Registration Funnel (Business Owners) Objective Build and launch an end-to-end weekly webinar registration funnel using Meta Lead Ads (Instant Form) and GoHighLevel (GHL) that reliably generates: 1. qualified webinar registrations, and 2. booked calls from webinar follow-up. Primary flow: Meta Instant Form lead → GHL automation → webinar registration → reminders → attend/no-show → post-webinar follow-up → book call. ________________________________________ Responsibilities & Deliverables 1) Meta Ads Build + Launch (Lead Ads / Instant Form) Deliverables • Create Lead Ads campaign (Instant Forms) • Create ad set (audience + placements aligned with policy constraints) • Create ad variations (creative + copy) • Instant Form built as Higher Intent with: o Required fields: Name, Phone, Email o 3–5 qualifying questions (business owner fit) o Thank-you screen CTA button to webinar registration link • Tracking basics: o UTM parameters on registration link (if applicable) o Document campaign structure + naming convention Definition of Done • Ads approved and running • Form submissions reliably captured • Leads arrive in GHL within minutes ________________________________________ 2) GoHighLevel Funnel Build (Registration-First) Deliverables • Funnel pages (simple, fast): o Webinar registration page o Thank-you page (confirmation + next steps) • Pipeline + tagging: o Pipeline created with stages (New Lead, Invited, Registered, Attended, No-Show, Booked, Closed) o Tags (source + status tags) Definition of Done • Registration page works on mobile • Registration event/trigger updates contact status correctly (tag/stage) ________________________________________ 3) GHL Automations (3 Core Workflows) Workflow A: FB Lead → Invite to Register • Trigger: Facebook Lead Form Submitted • Actions: o Create/Update contact + tag + opportunity o SMS + Email sent within 1–2 minutes with registration link o Optional: retry message logic if no click/register Workflow B: Registered → Reminder Sequence • Trigger: Webinar registration / tag applied • Reminders at: 24h, 3h, 30m, 5m before start • Include: webinar link, calendar add, “Reply YES to confirm” (optional) Workflow C: Post-Webinar • Branch: o Attended → book call CTA + short follow-up sequence o No-show → replay/next-session CTA + book call CTA Definition of Done • Test lead proves: correct workflow firing, SMS/email deliverability, stage movement, and branching logic. ________________________________________ 4) Integration + QA Testing Deliverables • Meta Instant Form connected to GHL (native integration preferred; Zapier only if needed) • End-to-end test plan executed: o Submit test lead → appears in GHL → opportunity created → invite messages sent o Complete registration → triggers “Registered” logic o Verify reminders schedule correctly o Verify post-webinar branches work (manual tag simulation acceptable) Definition of Done • You provide proof (screenshots or Loom) showing each step working. ________________________________________ 5) Handoff + Documentation Deliverables • 5–10 minute Loom walkthrough OR 1–2 page SOP covering: o where to edit webinar time/day o where to edit copy/links o how to see leads + pipeline o how to troubleshoot if leads don’t sync or messages don’t send • Asset list of what you used/created (campaign IDs, form name, workflow names) ________________________________________ Compliance & Guardrails • Education-first positioning • No exaggerated claims, no “guaranteed,” no misleading promises • Do not reference carriers unless explicitly approved • Follow Meta policies for financial services ads and any Special Ad Category constraints ________________________________________ Communication & Project Rhythm • Kickoff checklist: confirm webinar day/time, registration link, calendar link, sending numbers/emails • Daily update (end of day): what’s done, what’s blocked, what’s next • Deliver Loom proof at the end of each milestone ________________________________________ Success Metrics (Initial MVP) • Lead sync rate: near 100% (Meta → GHL) • Speed-to-lead: first SMS/email within 2 minutes • Registration conversion tracked (from leads to registered) • Booked calls generated from post-webinar follow-up Communication Channel Preference: Slack App Term: Month to Month Opportunity for Long Term (2+ years) depend on performance and results of campaigns. Increase in Hourly Rate: For each new agent added to the Meta Ads and GoHighLevel (GHL) campaign, the hourly rate will be increased, subject to mutual agreement.
