We are a U.S.-based cybersecurity and AI education firm expanding our Corporate AI Training services. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) LinkedIn Growth Specialist to work directly with our Marketing Manager to design and execute a high-performance B2B lead generation campaign.
This is not a virtual assistance role.
We are looking for a growth operator who can build and manage a complete LinkedIn-based sales funnel from targeting to CRM tracking.
Objectives:
Drive qualified B2B leads and booked meetings for our Corporate AI Education programs targeting mid-market U.S. companies.
You will be measured against performance KPIs.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
2. Build segmented prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
3. Develop and launch outreach sequences
4. Execute A/B testing for messaging
5. Track campaign analytics and optimize weekly
6. Build and manage a lead funnel (Navigator to Outreach to CRM to Booked Call)
7. Implement CRM tracking using free or low-cost tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Google Sheets + automation, etc.)
8. Work closely with our Marketing Manager (spanish-speaking)
Performance Metrics:
You will be measured based on
+ Connection acceptance rate
+ Response rate
+ Qualified meetings booked
+ CRM accuracy and funnel visibility
+ Contribution to closed revenue
Requirements:
+ Must be U.S.-based OR able to work U.S. East Cost business hours.
+ Must provide proof of past results (case studies, metrics, references)
+ Must be comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
+ Must be available to start immediately
Engagement:
Part-time (10-20 hours/week to start). Performance-based incentives will be discussed for qualified meetings and closed deals.
