We are a multi-location chiropractic group using GoHighLevel for lead intake, appointment booking, and SMS automation.
We are restructuring our CRM architecture and need an experienced GHL specialist to:
Consolidate multiple pipelines into one clean master pipeline
Rebuild and simplify workflows (lead intake, booking, reminders, cancellations, no-shows)
Ensure proper tagging structure
Verify Facebook Conversion API events (Lead + Scheduled)
Clean up redundant workflows
QA full lead-to-booking process
This is NOT a funnel build from scratch.
This is a structured cleanup and rebuild based on a defined architecture.
Scope Includes:
1 Master Opportunity Pipeline
6 Core Workflows
Calendar cleanup
SMS conversational logic implementation
Removal of duplicate workflows
Snapshot creation for deployment across 7 sub-accounts
Basic QA testing
