We’re building Intercom correctly for a high-growth Support + Customer Success org and need a systems-level operator—not a basic setup consultant. This role fully owns inbox architecture, routing, SLAs/ticketing/escalations, automation/deflection, taxonomy governance, Help Center strategy (with video/how-to), Fin AI setup + handoff logic, CS leadership reporting, and integration strategy. Special priority: optimizing our existing Intercom→Linear linkage into a true product escalation loop with enrichment + feedback. We’re starting with a 1-week paid trial; then will move from there.
