Fixed Price · One-Time Project · GHL Experience Required · No-Code / No Dev Skills Needed ⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: I am NOT looking for a developer. I need someone who works inside GoHighLevel every day — building workflows, configuring automations, and deploying Snapshots. If your background is primarily coding or API development, this role is not for you. About the Project I'm building a digital marketing agency (Greywave) serving local service businesses nationwide — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, medical/dental, auto repair, restaurants, salons, law offices, and more. My core service is a Revenue Recovery & Reputation Growth package, delivered entirely through GoHighLevel. I have a detailed technical playbook already written. I'm not asking you to design the system — I'm asking you to build it inside GHL, collaborate on any adjustments needed, and hand it back tested and documented. What Needs to Be Built 1. Two Core Workflows (in one sub-account) • Missed Call Text-Back: Trigger on missed/voicemail call status → 1 min wait → send SMS → add tag → internal notification. Includes duplicate-contact filter. • Review Request Sequence: Trigger on tag added (job-completed) → 2hr wait → SMS → 3-day wait → if/else check → follow-up email → 4-day wait → final SMS nudge → completion tag. Workflow exits early if review-left tag is detected at any if/else step. 2. Lead Pipeline • Create a pipeline named Leads with stages: New Lead, Contacted, Quoted, Won, Lost. • Add actions at the end of the Missed Call workflow to auto-create an Opportunity in the New Lead stage. 3. Snapshot Creation • Once both workflows and the pipeline are built and tested, save everything as a Snapshot from Agency Settings. • Snapshot must include: both workflows, pipeline, custom fields, tags, and SMS/email templates. • This Snapshot is the core deliverable — it gets deployed to every new client sub-account going forward. 4. Testing • Test the Missed Call workflow using a real phone call to the provisioned LC Phone number. • Test the Review Request workflow by manually adding the job-completed tag to a test contact. • Confirm tags are applied correctly, internal notifications fire, and the review sequence stops when review-left tag is present. 📋 What I'll provide: I will provide: GHL agency access (sub-account level), a detailed step-by-step playbook, SMS/email templates pre-written, and the Google Review link and business details for the test sub-account. Deliverables Deliverable Acceptance Criteria Missed Call Text-Back workflow Published, tested with live call, tag and notification confirmed Review Request Sequence workflow Published, tested with tag trigger, early-exit logic verified Leads pipeline 5 stages created, opportunity auto-created from missed call workflow Agency Snapshot Saved, named correctly, includes all workflows/pipeline/templates Short handoff note 1-page summary of what was built, any deviations from playbook, and how to apply the Snapshot to a new sub-account Who I'm Looking For The right person for this has: • Hands-on GHL experience — you've built workflows and Snapshots before, not just watched tutorials • Familiarity with GHL's Automation builder, Opportunities/pipeline module, and Snapshot system • Experience with LC Phone provisioning and call-status triggers specifically • Ability to read a playbook and flag issues before they become problems, not after • Clear written communication — I need to understand exactly what was built and why 🚫 Not a fit: Developers, web designers, and general VA profiles without specific GHL workflow experience will not be considered. No API work, no coding, and no n8n or Zapier required for this project. Engagement Structure This is a fixed-price, defined-scope project. I'm happy to collaborate on an approach — if you see a better way to configure something than what's in my playbook, I want to hear it. But the deliverables above are non-negotiable. Estimated effort: 4–6 hours for an experienced GHL specialist. I expect to pay fairly for that expertise. Potential for ongoing work: Yes. Once this build is complete, I'll need someone reliable for additional sub-account deployments and package tier builds. This project is the audition. How to Apply To be considered, please include in your proposal: 1. Confirmation that you have built GHL Snapshots before (not just used them) 2. A brief description of a GHL workflow build you completed — what was the trigger, what did the automation do? 3. Your fixed price for the full scope above 4. Your availability to start this week Generic proposals that don't answer these four questions will not receive a response. I'm looking for someone specific, not someone available.
