*This is a full-time position* Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for e-commerce? Algofy is looking for an Amazon Account Manager to develop and execute growth strategies on Amazon while managing client communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with large datasets, is highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, and thrives in a process-oriented, solutions-focused environment. Your Mission at Algofy: Beyond optimizing Amazon strategies, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to marketing materials to help win new clients and collaborate across teams. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and automation in Google Sheets/Excel is a must, as you’ll be leveraging these tools to track performance and drive insights. Primary Responsibilities Oversee performance for a portfolio of Amazon client accounts (6 or more) under our “full-service” package, which involves supporting all aspects of an Amazon business within Seller and Vendor Central Be the trusted point of contact for your assigned clients with a focus on building long-lasting relationships Collaborate with other members of your team, including advertising-focused account managers and creative/content specialists who you’ll work closely with Track and analyse performance data efficiently using Excel/Google Sheets (familiarity with data analysis formulas, short-cuts, and macros are a plus) Secondary Responsibilities Forecast revenue and inventory demand Plan and execute promotional campaigns Resolve account issues as needed through Amazon support Update A+ content and brand store pages, leveraging basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva), if needed Keep up to date on new industry trends, adjusting your strategy as necessary to stay ahead of the curve Understand the fundamentals of advertising on Amazon, and support budget planning Your Skills and Qualifications 2+ years experience of overseeing Amazon account performance High level of English Expert level knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets as a tool to manage and analyze large amounts of data Any experience in design is an advantage You’re proactive, hungry to learn, adaptable and collaborative
