Overview We are seeking an experienced automation engineer to help design and implement a browser-based workflow automation system for a structured, repetitive internal process currently handled by a human operations team. The workflow involves navigating web interfaces, inputting data, generating formatted text using templates, and completing multi-step actions on a recurring basis. The goal is to improve efficiency by automating these routine tasks while maintaining reliability and accuracy. Project Scope Design a solution that can: Operate through a real browser environment Navigate web-based interfaces Input structured data Execute multi-step workflows Run on a scheduled basis This is not a simple script — we are looking for a robust, production-ready system. Requirements Browser Automation Experience (Required) Real-browser automation experience Simulation of user interactions (typing, clicking, navigation) Handling authentication flows and session management Workflow Automation Ability to replicate structured processes Work with templates and variable inputs Error handling and retry logic Scalability & Reliability System should support high-volume operations Logging and monitoring capabilities Nice to Have Experience designing automation architectures Familiarity with Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or similar Experience integrating AI-generated content into workflows Ideal Candidate We are looking for a senior engineer who can: Recommend the best technical approach Build scalable automation systems Communicate clearly Work collaboratively Please include examples of complex automation projects you’ve built.
