I am looking for an Automation Expert to architect and build a scalable system that automates repetitive portal tasks for multiple users across various lender websites (e.g., Mr. Cooper, Fay Servicing). As well as other types of portals. The Vision: I want a "Setup Once, Reuse for Many" architecture. Once a specific lender’s path is built, the system should be able to run for 10 or 100 different users, each with their own unique login, while keeping their data strictly separated. Workflow Example: Login: Access a lender portal using user-specific credentials. Navigate: Find the most recent monthly statement. Download: Save the PDF to a cloud drive (Google Drive/Dropbox) or local folder unique to that user. Extract: Parse specific data (Due Date, Amount, Principal) using AI extraction and save it to a master sheet/database. Core Requirements: - Tool-First Approach: I am NOT looking for a ground-up custom build. I want to utilize existing automation platforms (e.g., Axiom.ai, n8n, Browserflow, Robocorp, or Skyvern) for efficiency, speed, and long-term maintainability. - Multi-User Scalability: Logic must be modular. I need an admin-level toggle to enable/disable specific users or tasks without touching the "code." - 2FA & Interaction: The system must handle portals with Multi-Factor Authentication. Users must be able to input codes for their own sessions without seeing the backend or other users' data. - Environment: The solution should ideally run in a virtualized or cloud environment so it does not interfere with my personal PC usage.
