Overview We are building a sophisticated AI-powered lead generation and conversion system for the capital markets space. We need an experienced individual or team to architect and build a fully autonomous multi-agent infrastructure that identifies founders looking to raise capital using publicly available data and compliant APIs, reaches out across multiple channels with personalized messaging, handles conversations autonomously, and follows up intelligently after meetings — all without human involvement. What We Are Building A fully automated push-button system that monitors publicly available data sources and compliant APIs in real time for founders showing intent to raise capital, enriches every identified founder with a complete profile automatically, reaches out across multiple channels with hyper-personalized AI-generated messaging and video, handles initial conversations autonomously, qualifies founders and books calls to our calendar, and after every meeting automatically follows up with personalized email and SMS based on the actual call transcript. The Data Monitoring & Signal Detection Layer We need AI agents that monitor and aggregate publicly available data and compliant API sources in real time to identify founders showing fundraising intent. This includes publicly available social media data accessed via official APIs, public company registration and funding databases, public startup community announcements and press releases, public government filings available via official data sources, accelerator and incubator batch announcements, and any other publicly accessible data where founders discuss raising capital. Every data point must be processed by AI, scored for fundraising intent, and only high-intent founders should enter the active pipeline. All data collection must be fully compliant with the terms of service of any platform or data source used. The Enrichment Layer Once a founder is flagged, AI enrichment agents must automatically build a complete profile including company name, stage, industry, and traction. Previous funding history. Contact information where publicly available. Recent public activity related to their company. Estimated capital need based on stage and team size. Mutual connection mapping to identify warm intro paths. Sentiment analysis of their public content. Predictive scoring estimating likelihood of raising in the next 90 days. The Outreach Layer — Scalable Multichannel Infrastructure LinkedIn — Scalable compliant LinkedIn outreach using official tools and APIs. Personalized messaging referencing specific details about each founder's company and fundraising journey. Candidate should propose the best compliant approach to maximize daily outreach volume. Twitter/X — Compliant outreach infrastructure using official APIs. Agents should detect relevant founder activity and trigger timely personalized outreach. SMS — Using Twilio or equivalent, AI agents send personalized text messages to founders where contact information is publicly available. Email — Warmed sending infrastructure with smart deliverability management sending highly personalized outreach at scale with inbox rotation. Community Engagement — AI assisted engagement in relevant public communities and forums where founders discuss raising capital, positioning our services organically. AI Personalized Video — Integration with HeyGen or Tavus to auto-generate personalized videos for high value targets triggered automatically via API as part of the outreach sequence. Retargeting Ads — Founders who do not respond automatically enter a retargeting audience on relevant ad platforms seeing our brand consistently until they engage. The AI Conversation Layer AI conversation agents must handle multi-turn conversations with responding founders, answer questions about our services, handle objections, qualify founders based on defined criteria, and book calls directly to our calendar. Only fully qualified founders should ever reach a human. The Post-Meeting Follow Up Layer After every meeting the system must automatically pull the full call transcript, analyze it using AI to extract key discussion points, objections, and interests, and generate fully personalized follow up email and SMS messages based specifically on what was discussed. If the founder does not convert, a multi-touch follow up sequence triggers automatically referencing real details from the call. No human involvement required at any stage. Required integrations include a meeting transcription tool such as Fireflies, Otter, or Fathom and an AI layer for transcript analysis and message generation. The Intelligence & Learning Layer The system must include a learning loop tracking which signals, messages, channels, and sequences convert best and continuously optimize based on performance data. Warm intro mapping should identify the shortest path to any founder through mutual connections. The predictive scoring model should improve over time as more data is collected. The Dashboard A single command center showing new founders entering the pipeline daily, outreach status across all channels, active AI conversations, booked calls, post meeting follow up status, and full pipeline metrics.
