We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive LinkedIn Assistant to help grow our professional presence, expand strategic connections, and support mission-aligned engagement. This role is focused on thoughtful outreach, professional relationship building, and consistent LinkedIn activity — not spam or automation. Responsibilities • Optimize and maintain LinkedIn profile(s) • Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts (2–3 per week) • Identify and connect with aligned professionals (healthcare providers, administrators, veteran service leaders, nonprofit partners) • Send personalized connection messages (no generic scripts) • Monitor inbox and flag high-value conversations • Engage with relevant posts (comments, reactions, thoughtful participation) • Identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities • Maintain an organized tracking spreadsheet of outreach activity • Assist with positioning leadership voice (mission-driven, professional tone) What We Are Looking For • Proven experience managing LinkedIn growth for executives or organizations • Strong writing skills (professional, clear, non-salesy tone) • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or veteran-focused sectors preferred • Ability to research and identify aligned audiences • Organized and self-directed • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and best practices • Understanding of ethical outreach practices (no spam tactics) Scope Part-time, ongoing Estimated 5–10 hours per week Potential to expand based on performance Deliverables • Weekly connection growth targets • Weekly engagement summary • Monthly performance report (connections, engagement, conversations started) • Drafted content calendar (30-day rolling) Why This Role Matters Our mission is to improve transparency and understanding in VA Community Care for veterans and providers.
