Virtual Assistant – WordPress, SEO & Operations Support I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support multiple growing businesses in construction and digital marketing. This role will primarily support: A deck & fence construction company A junk removal company A web design & SEO agency I need someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently once given direction. Core Responsibilities Website & WordPress Tasks Create and format WordPress pages and blog posts (Elementor experience preferred) Upload images, compress images, add alt text Format internal linking properly Implement on-page SEO basics (title tags, meta descriptions, headers) Organize service pages by city/location Update content as needed SEO Support Create and submit citations Backlink outreach (email outreach and tracking) Competitor research Basic keyword research Organize SEO tracking sheets Maintain structured internal linking Administrative & Organization Organize Google Drive files Maintain spreadsheets Help manage task lists Assist with documentation and SOP creation Miscellaneous tasks as assigned What I’m Looking For Strong English communication Very detail-oriented Comfortable following structured systems Organized and responsive Able to work 10–20 hours per week (potential to grow) Bonus if you have experience with: Local SEO Google Business Profile optimization Canva Basic graphic design Construction industry familiarity Work Style I value: Clear communication Consistency Initiative Long-term working relationships I operate multiple businesses and move quickly, so I need someone who can execute tasks efficiently and keep things organized without constant supervision.
