I have an existing "200-step" home-buying spreadsheet that is about 90% of the way there. I need a pro spreadsheet designer and project manager to turn this into a high-end, automated, and user-friendly "RASCI" style dashboard.
The goal is to provide my clients (Buyers) with a foolproof roadmap where they can assign tasks, see automated deadlines, and trigger actions with a single click.
Key Features to Build:
-Dynamic RASCI Header: The spreadsheet must feature column headers for "Buyer 1," "Buyer 2," and "Trusted Friend/Family." Tasks should be assignable to these roles with clear accountability.
