We are looking for a skilled developer to support the development and ongoing improvement of modern, content-driven web platforms built with Next.js. This role is best suited for someone who has hands-on experience with Storyblok and understands how to structure scalable, maintainable CMS-powered applications. The primary focus of this position is building seamless integrations between Next.js frontends and Storyblok, ensuring efficient content modeling, preview functionality, and performance optimization. What You’ll Do Build and maintain high-quality applications using Next.js Integrate Storyblok as the core headless CMS Design and implement structured, reusable content components Configure and manage preview environments and editorial workflows Develop backend logic and APIs to support frontend functionality Optimize performance using SSR, ISR, caching strategies, and modern rendering techniques Deploy and manage applications on platforms such as Vercel or AWS What We’re Looking For Proven experience developing production applications with Next.js and React Strong practical knowledge of Storyblok CMS Solid understanding of Node.js and API development Experience with performance optimization and scalable architecture Comfortable working independently in a project-based environment Availability & Communication Must be comfortable working within U.S. time zones Available for real-time collaboration at least 5 hours per weekday Responsive via Slack and able to join scheduled video calls Comfortable communicating technical decisions clearly and proactively Experience with additional CMS platforms is a plus If you have deep expertise in Storyblok and enjoy building structured, content-focused web applications with Next.js, we encourage you to apply.
