We are launching a premium Nordic supplement brand on Shopify (primary market: Norway) and are looking for an experienced Klaviyo specialist to build a complete, clean, scalable email marketing system from scratch. This includes technical setup, template design, copywriting, flow architecture, subscription logic, testing, and handover. Scope of Work Technical Setup Audit and optimize Shopify–Klaviyo integration Verify full event tracking (Viewed Product, Added to Cart, Started Checkout, Placed Order) Verify and configure subscription data sync (Kaching Subscriptions) Ensure subscription and one-time purchases can be distinguished in Klaviyo Set up domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Configure sender profiles and basic deliverability settings Test all tracking with real test orders Template & Design Design and build a premium, reusable email template system Mobile-first layout Clean, minimalist, high-end design (no default Klaviyo templates) Structured header, footer, and reusable content blocks Brand-aligned typography and spacing Easy-to-scale structure for future expansion Segmentation & Structure Build clean segmentation architecture Separate subscribers vs one-time customers Ensure flows can adapt based on purchase type Structure account for future language expansion Core Flows to Build Welcome Flow Abandoned Cart Flow Browse Abandonment Flow Post-Purchase Flow (logic-aware for subscription vs one-time) Winback Flow All emails must be written in Norwegian. Testing & Handover Fully test all flows and triggers Validate subscription purchase tracking Confirm deliverability setup Provide clear documentation Provide walkthrough (Loom or similar) explaining structure and management Requirements Proven Klaviyo + Shopify experience Experience with subscription-enabled brands Strong deliverability knowledge Ability to build scalable architecture (not basic templates) Clean, premium design sense Project Structure (Please Read Carefully) This is a one-time, fixed-price project with defined deliverables. It is not an ongoing or hourly position. The hourly format shown is due to a platform issue. Please submit your proposal with a total fixed project fee.
