We’re a product design and development studio that builds modern web and mobile applications for SMBs. As we expand our AI automation practice, we’re looking for experienced developers who have hands-on experience shipping real AI-powered products and automations — not just tinkering with APIs. What We’re Looking For We want to work with developers who have already built things. Before we talk, we want to see your work. In your application, please share at least 3 AI automation products or workflows you’ve built, including the technology stack you used and your specific role on each project. Examples of relevant experience might include workflow automation tools, LLM-powered apps, AI agents, document processing pipelines, chatbots integrated into real business systems, recommendation engines, or any product where AI was doing meaningful work — not just a feature bolted on. Tech We Work With Our stack spans React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and Laravel on the backend, with cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. For AI, we’ve worked with the OpenAI API, NLP integrations, and custom automation pipelines. Experience in any of these areas is a plus, but we care far more about your ability to build and ship than your ability to match a list. Your Application Must Include A brief overview of 3+ AI products or automations you’ve built, the tech stack for each, and your role (solo builder, lead developer, contributor, etc.). Applications without this will not be considered. Engagement Type This is project-based to start, with potential for ongoing collaboration as work increases.
