Job Description: We’re The Rage Group, a boutique personal-branding studio building global brands for founders, executives, authors, athletes, and creators. We don’t sell to companies—we build brands for people. We’re looking for a Lead Generation & List Building Specialist who can find high-potential individuals ready to invest in serious personal branding. Think: executives launching books, founders raising visibility, newsletter writers scaling, creators building media companies. What You’ll Do • Build curated prospect lists of individuals (not companies) • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Substack, Instagram, podcast charts, speaker lists, book launches, etc. • Identify signals like new books, fundraises, media momentum, keynote tours • Organize lists in sheets with notes on why each person fits • Surface new prospects weekly You’re a Fit If You • Have lead gen experience for agencies, PR firms, talent or creator businesses • Understand personal branding / thought leadership • Can research deeply—not just scrape lists • Write clearly and keep data organized Details • Part-time to start (5–10 hrs/week) • Ongoing role • Remote When applying, include: Sample lead list Tools you use How you’d find 20 authors launching books this year Quality over quantity.
