We are an Australian Managed IT & Cybersecurity Services provider looking for an experienced LinkedIn Outreach & Automation Specialist to generate qualified sales meetings. This is not a basic VA role. We want someone who can: Design and automate LinkedIn outreach sequences Recommend the best tools to safely scale outreach Set up and manage automation systems Send high-volume, targeted outreach Book qualified meetings with decision-makers You will be responsible for building and running a scalable LinkedIn outbound system. What You’ll Do Identify and target decision-makers (Business Owners, Directors, GMs) Build automated LinkedIn connection + DM sequences Set up and manage tools (your preferred tools will be considered and costs covered) A/B test messaging Manage follow-ups automatically Book meetings directly into our calendar Provide weekly reporting on performance metrics Important You must: Have experience using LinkedIn automation tools Recommend which tools we should use Set up the full automation system Ensure account safety and avoid LinkedIn restrictions We will cover the cost of all approved tools. Compensation $300 AUD monthly retainer $25 AUD per qualified meeting booked Qualified meetings must: Be decision-makers Fit our target client profile Attend the scheduled call This is a performance-driven role. High performers can significantly increase earnings.
