We’re looking for a Zoho CRM expert with proven experience delivering advanced implementations to help us design, build, and optimize a scalable CRM with strong automation and clean data structure. Project goal Implement and/or improve Zoho CRM so our commercial process is well-structured, automated, and measurable, reducing manual work and ensuring consistent execution across the team. Scope & key responsibilities (must-have skills) • CRM architecture & setup: modules (standard + custom modules), relationships, layouts, and permissions/roles. • Workflows: workflow rules, assignment rules, alerts, tasks, SLA-style automation, and process triggers. • Blueprints: stage-based processes with transitions, validations, and automated actions. • Data quality controls: fields, validation rules, required fields by stage, dependent picklists, and standardized capture. • Advanced automation: custom buttons/actions, Client Scripts (where applicable), and complex logic automation. • Deluge (Functions): custom functions, business logic, automation by events, scheduled jobs, button actions. • Integrations (if needed): webhooks, APIs, Zoho Flow, forms, lead sources (landing pages, WhatsApp/telephony, etc.). • Operational automation: follow-up task generation, inactivity rules, reassignments/escalations, reminders. • Data migration/cleanup (if needed): deduplication, normalization, bulk imports, and maintaining consistency. • Documentation & handoff: document what was built and provide a clear handover for maintenance and scaling.
