Overview We need an expert-level video producer and director (team) to create two connected video workstreams for our software platform, used across the built world to manage safety, quality, and operational documentation. What have 2 connected projects: - A flagship Deploy Day launch video , covering problem intro, company intro, AI agent intro, systems and use cases, and product overview. - Alongside this, product marketing demo videos showing our platform in realistic, scenario-driven on-site environments - real workers, real locations, with clean UI overlays and screen recordings integrated naturally. Some of this footage will feed directly into the Deploy Day video and be reused across product marketing. Target style Realistic, scenario-driven production — on-site workers, real environments, not stock footage or talking heads Clean UI overlays and screen recordings integrated into live footage Cinematic and human feel, premium production quality Estimated length and formats Deploy Day video: 2–4 minutes (to be confirmed after scripting). Format: 16:9, 1920x1080 minimum, 4K preferred. Demo videos: length per video to be scoped per scenario.
