We're a business optimization consultancy that helps founders systemize and scale their operations. We're looking for a Make.com expert to join us on a project basis -- you'll be the person who brings our automation product to life for each client. This is a client-facing role. You'll work directly with business owners, communicate clearly, and deliver a clean, functional setup every time. The more we sell, the more projects you get. What You'll Do Receive a client brief and pre-filled prep materials (we handle the intake) Communicate with the client to confirm their setup requirements Build and configure their automation system in Make.com Test everything before handoff Walk the client through what was built and how to use it Flag any issues or scope changes to us What We Need From You Strong hands-on experience with Make.com (show us examples) Ability to communicate with non-technical clients -- clearly and professionally Reliable turnaround times Attention to detail on setup and testing Experience connecting tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Suite, or similar is a plus How This Works Flat rate per project (discussed based on your rates and project scope) No retainer -- you're paid per completed delivery Volume grows as we close more clients You're not an employee, this is a contractor relationship To Apply Send us your Make.com portfolio or examples of automations you've built.
