We're Curativ, a functional medicine and hormone optimization clinic based in Davie, Florida. We serve a primarily Spanish-speaking patient base and operate as a cash-pay practice (no insurance). Our core services are hormone optimization, perimenopause/menopause treatment, and medically supervised weight loss. We're looking for a part-time Meta Ads specialist to take over management of our paid social campaigns from our current agency. WHAT YOU'LL BE MANAGING: - Lead generation campaigns targeting Spanish-speaking women 35–60 in South Florida - Coordination with our in-house content creator (video editor / social media manager ) - Weekly reporting with clear KPIs: cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, show rate WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Proven experience running Meta Ads for health, wellness, or cash-pay medical services - Experience targeting US Hispanic audiences is a strong plus - Ability to work with UGC and talking-head video creatives - Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight - Fluent or conversational Spanish preferred WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR: - Agencies or account managers who subcontract the work - Generalist marketers without specific Meta Ads experience - Anyone who can't show real results with real numbers TO APPLY — please answer these three questions in your proposal: 1.
