This is a hands-on role where you'll be running large-scale cold email campaigns targeting companies in need of capital. **What we're looking for:** - Proven experience managing high-volume cold email campaigns (100K–1M+ emails per month) - Deep expertise in smart lead sourcing, list building, and segmentation - Strong understanding of deliverability, domain warm-up, inbox rotation, and sender reputation management - Ability to build and manage the full outbound pipeline — from prospecting through to qualified conversations - A self-starter who takes the pen and runs with it — we want initiative, not hand-holding - Comfortable working with CRMs, email automation platforms, and outreach tools at scale --- ## What You'll Be Doing - Designing and executing end-to-end outbound email campaigns - Building and refining targeted prospect lists of companies seeking equity or debt capital - Managing deliverability infrastructure across multiple sending domains and inboxes - Writing, testing, and optimizing email copy and sequences - Tracking performance metrics and continuously improving open rates, reply rates, and pipeline generation - Reporting on campaign results and pipeline contribution --- ## Why This Opportunity This isn't a one-off gig.
