We are looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Person to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention for our Shopify-based wellness brand offering telehealth visits, supplements, coaching programs, and community memberships. The primary initial focus will be Klaviyo email automation and community audience building, followed by paid advertising and funnel optimization. Responsibilities: Develop and execute overall growth marketing strategy Build and optimize customer funnels inside the Shopify ecosystem Manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms Design and implement email automation workflows (Klaviyo or similar) Welcome and onboarding sequences Waitlist and nurture campaigns Abandoned checkout recovery Post-purchase engagement flows Support community growth and waitlist marketing strategy Checkout conversion rates Install and manage tracking pixels and analytics tools Conduct A/B testing of ads, emails, and creatives Monitor performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV Ensure marketing messaging aligns with wellness industry advertising guidelines Provide weekly performance reports Requirements: 3+ years of growth or performance marketing experience Proven experience with Shopify-based brands Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email automation tools (Klaviyo preferred) Direct response marketing and funnel optimization mindset Data-driven decision-making approach Experience in wellness, supplement, coaching, or membership marketing is a plus Key Performance Metrics Customer acquisition cost (CAC) Return on ad spend (ROAS) Email marketing revenue contribution Conversion rate across funnel stages Subscriber and community growth Working Style Highly analytical and results-oriented Strong communication and reporting discipline Ability to collaborate with design, development, and compliance teams The initial launch phase will focus on Klaviyo marketing automation and community audience development, with expansion into paid acquisition and full funnel scaling.
