We are looking for someone to set up the following inside our Gorgias Pro account: Automated Rules for tagging, routing, auto-closing, and canned-response handling across the following ticket types: Kickstarter pledge inquiries, order inquiries, shipping questions, returns and exchanges, missing or damaged items, product questions, educational partner inquiries, Smart Classroom / bulk order inquiries, press and media inquiries, wholesale and retail inquiries, customer feedback, complaints and escalations, spam, Shopify receipts, and auto-reply loops. Tag structure using a pre-defined naming convention (provided upon hire). Macros (canned responses) for common ticket types, written in a tone consistent with our brand voice. Rule priority ordering to ensure automations fire in the correct sequence. Shopify integration verification to confirm order and shipping data flows correctly into Gorgias. Familiarity with the following is a strong asset: Shopify, Klaviyo, and Kickstarter backer communication workflows. Important: How We Work This is not a "hand it off and walk away" engagement. We are a small, hands-on founding team and we want to understand the system being built. We ask that you: Walk us through each step as you build it — explain what you're doing and why. Involve us in key decisions rather than making assumptions independently. Flag any conflicts or gaps you notice in our existing plan before implementing. Document what you build so we can manage and expand the system after the project ends. If you prefer to work independently without client involvement, this may not be the right fit. We value a collaborative, teaching-oriented approach.
