We are looking for a Social Selling Specialist (DM Appointment Setter) who understands that in the holistic world, authenticity is the only currency that matters. We don't do "spam." We don't do "generic." We do deep, resonant connection. Why this is unique: You aren't a typical "Appointment Setter" stuck in a loop of repetitive follow-ups. We are an automation-specialized company. Your role is the "Human Spark"—the initial, high-touch research and personalized outreach. Once you’ve sparked genuine interest and the prospect replies, you can flag it to our sales team to take over or share a link to our AI Concierge who's trained to qualify the leads, or even share a link to our FREE lead magnets. We'll work this out together. The Task & Deliverables: Deep Research: Identify and qualify holistic practitioners (USA, Canada, UK) who are a perfect fit for our "Aligned" model. Warm Engagement: Interact authentically with their content (likes/thoughtful comments) before reaching out. Bespoke Outreach: Craft 100% personalized initial DMs that reference a specific post, bio detail, or shared value. Rule of Thumb: If it looks like a template, we don't send it. What we’re looking for in a work relationship: High Emotional Intelligence: You can "read the room" in a DM and speak the language of the holistic world (nervous system, alignment, somatic work). Exceptional English Writing: Your tone is warm, grounded, and professional—never "salesy." Reliability & Integrity: You take pride in the quality of your connections and the health of our Instagram account. Proactivity: You bring us insights on what practitioners are saying and where our messaging can be even more resonant. Expectations: This is a Fixed-Price 14-Day Pilot. We aren't interested in how many hours you work; we are interested in the Response Rate and the Quality of the Conversations you start. If the pilot is successful, this will evolve into a long-term, scalable partnership.
