About Truly Free Truly Free is a fast-growing eCommerce brand on a mission to eliminate toxins from homes while delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are scaling aggressively across subscription, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition channels — and we need a HubSpot expert who can build the infrastructure to support it. This is not a basic admin role. We are looking for someone who can architect HubSpot to function as a true revenue engine — especially to power and scale an affiliate program that operates like a sales team inside the CRM. Role Overview The HubSpot Revenue Systems Manager will own the strategy, architecture, and optimization of HubSpot as it relates to: Affiliate program infrastructure Revenue attribution Partner lifecycle management Performance dashboards Automation and workflow logic Sales-style pipeline tracking for partners This person will design and maintain systems that drive measurable revenue growth — not just marketing automation. What You’ll Be Responsible For Affiliate Program Architecture Inside HubSpot Design CRM structure for affiliates (Companies, Custom Objects, Associations) Build affiliate lifecycle stages (Recruit → Onboarding → Active → Scaling → At Risk) Create partner pipelines and revenue tracking frameworks Develop commission tracking visibility (in coordination with affiliate platform) Revenue Attribution & Reporting Build multi-touch attribution frameworks Track revenue, LTV, subscription attach rate, and retention by affiliate Create dashboards for: Revenue per affiliate Cohort performance Activation rate Ramp speed Churn by acquisition source Ensure clean data syncing between eCommerce, affiliate software, and HubSpot Automation & Workflow Development Build affiliate onboarding sequences Create performance-triggered automation Develop alerts for underperformance or scaling opportunities Automate reporting and performance scorecards Maintain clean lifecycle stage movement logic Optimization & Scale Identify high-performing affiliate profiles Improve affiliate activation rates Develop tier and incentive tracking systems Continuously refine tracking and attribution accuracy Audit and maintain data hygiene What Success Looks Like Affiliate channel operates like a structured revenue team Clear, accurate revenue attribution inside HubSpot Automated partner onboarding and enablement Real-time performance dashboards Clean, scalable CRM architecture Leadership has visibility into ROI and LTV by channel Qualifications Required 3+ years deep HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub required) Strong experience building complex workflows and automation logic Experience designing CRM architecture (custom objects, associations, properties) Advanced reporting & dashboard creation experience Experience integrating HubSpot with eCommerce platforms Strong understanding of revenue attribution models Strongly Preferred Experience building or managing affiliate programs Experience with subscription businesses Experience with performance marketing attribution Experience with partner/channel sales infrastructure Familiarity with RFM segmentation and LTV modeling You’re a Great Fit If You: Think in systems, not tasks Care about revenue impact, not just campaign launches Love clean data and scalable architecture Understand how to make marketing, sales, and partner teams operate inside one revenue engine Are proactive and strategic — not waiting for instructions Reporting Structure This role will work closely with: Retention / Lifecycle Marketing Growth / Acquisition Affiliate Team Leadership
