We are a home services company seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service developer to implement an MVP scheduling and dispatch system for our sales team. This project will replace manual scheduling processes with FSL-powered automation.
Our Salesforce org is mature with existing customizations and managed packages. The selected developer will receive a detailed technical specification upon engagement.

Foundation Setup
Configure Work Types, Service Territories, and Operating Hours
Create Service Resources linked to existing sales rep users
Single Work Order record type for sales appointments
Territory membership and permission configuration
Scheduling Automation
Custom scheduling interface accessible from Lead record
Work Order and Service Appointment creation pre-Lead conversion
Customer availability logic based on work schedule fields (custom build)
ESO optimization for slot ranking
Re-parenting automation on Lead conversion

Status-based visibility filtering in mobile app

Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service implementation
Experience with FSL mobile app configuration
