This system includes: -Vendor database -Work order numbering -Distance-based vendor matching -60-minute SLA window -First-to-accept assignment logic (race-condition safe) -Scheduled expiration handling -Vendor portal (accept/decline) -Client portal (status visibility) -SMS integration via Twilio -Role-based security and record isolation -Internal dashboard This is NOT a simple form project. We need someone experienced in: -Zoho Creator advanced workflows -Deluge scripting -Scheduled functions -Secure portal permissions -API integrations (Twilio) -Handling race conditions in first-to-accept logic You must explain: -How you prevent two vendors from accepting at the same time -How you would structure the Vendor Offer junction table -How you would implement expiration enforcement We will provide full workflow architecture.
