The primary objective is to strengthen our digital presence, improve engagement, and build a measurable lead generation system through content and automation. This is a results-focused role. Success will be evaluated based on growth metrics, content performance, and campaign outcomes. Project Scope & Responsibilities 1. Social Media Growth & Management Develop and execute a short-term growth strategy Increase audience engagement and visibility Track and report analytics weekly (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) 2. Video Creation & Editing Produce short-form and long-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) Optimize videos for performance and discoverability Repurpose content strategically across platforms 3. Creative Design & Ads Create branded graphics, posts, and ad creatives using Canva or similar tools Support paid and organic campaign visuals 4.
