Role Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Social Media & Marketing Growth Specialist for an initial 1–3 month project engagement. The primary objective is to strengthen our digital presence, improve engagement, and build a measurable lead generation system through content and automation.
This is a results-focused role. Success will be evaluated based on growth metrics, content performance, and campaign outcomes.
Project Scope & Responsibilities
1. Social Media Growth & Management
Develop and execute a short-term growth strategy
Increase audience engagement and visibility
Track and report analytics weekly (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
2. Video Creation & Editing
Produce short-form and long-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
Optimize videos for performance and discoverability
Repurpose content strategically across platforms
3. Creative Design & Ads
Create branded graphics, posts, and ad creatives using Canva or similar tools
Support paid and organic campaign visuals
4. Lead Generation & Automation
Build or optimize marketing funnels
Manage automation-based campaigns
Improve conversion rates through structured follow-ups
Qualifications
Proven track record of social media growth
Strong video editing and YouTube content experience
Proficiency in Canva and creative tools
Experience with marketing automation and funnel systems
Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
