The company I consult with on their marketing is hiring an experienced, high-ticket closer to enroll new clients into their premium creativity and productivity coaching programs. They have been in business for years and are scaling aggressively toward 7-figures and beyond in online coaching revenue, selling one-time high-ticket offers that help ambitious professionals and creators do their best work, consistently, as well as creatives turn their passion into a profession. The offer combines expert human coaching with proprietary systems, frameworks, and tools that drive measurable improvements in focus, output, and creative performance. You will be speaking with qualified, pre-booked prospects who have already consumed our content, watched a VSL, and completed an application. Your role is to: • Lead a structured, consultative sales conversation • Understand their goals, bottlenecks, and motivations • Match them with the best-fit coaching offer • Confidently enroll them into a 2,000–8,000 USD coaching package We are actively building multiple offers and tiers, so you’ll have a growing suite of solutions to match to each prospect as we scale. CURRENT FUNNEL FRAMEWORK (FOR CONTEXT) You will be plugging into a proven, paid-traffic-driven funnel. The current framework looks like this: • Traffic Source: ◦ Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) driving directly to VSL • Funnel Structure: 1. Meta Ads → VSL (Video Sales Letter) presenting our core solution 2. Interested prospects → Application process (pre-qualifies lead) 3. Qualified leads → Book a consultation call 4. Non-qualified leads → May be redirected to lower-commitment or future-fit options as we build them out 5. Core offers → One-time high-ticket creativity & productivity coaching programs (2,000–8,000 USD), with additional offers being developed You will primarily speak with qualified leads who have: • Watched or at least engaged with the VSL • Completed an application outlining their situation • Been approved to book a call RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES As our High-Ticket Closer, your core responsibilities will include: • Running High-Quality Sales Calls ◦ Host structured Zoom calls with qualified applicants ◦ Ask intelligent, probing questions to uncover goals, challenges, and timelines ◦ Diagnose whether they are a fit and which offer suits them best Closing & Enrollment ◦ Present our one-time high-ticket coaching offers clearly and confidently ◦ Handle common objections around price, time, and skepticism with integrity ◦ Help prospects make clear decisions on the call whenever appropriate ◦ Collect payment and ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding • Pipeline Management & Follow-Up ◦ Maintain accurate notes and deal stages inside our CRM in SIO ◦ Re-engage no-shows and reschedules, when appropriate, to maximize conversions • Collaboration & Feedback ◦ Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, objections, and patterns ◦ Collaborate with leadership as we build out additional offers and tiers ◦ Help refine the sales script, objection handling, and pre-call process over time COMPENSATION This is a commission-only, performance-based role with strong upside for a committed closer. • Commission: ◦ 10% on collected revenue ◦ Core packages currently range from 2,000–8,000 USD one-time Realistic Monthly Earning Expectations (Once Ramp-Up Is Complete): ◦ For a consistent, competent closer plugging into our system, a realistic earning range is approximately 5,600–7,000 USD per month, with room to grow as call volume increases, offers expand, and performance improves. As we build additional offers and scale toward and beyond 7-figures in annual revenue, long-term earning potential can increase significantly for the right partner who grows with us.
